DOUGLAS E CARRUTHERS-FIREFIGHTER-ONTARIO CANADA
Douglas was born in 1923, in Quebec, Canada. His father was Henry Everett Carruthers 1895 – 1887 and his mother was Pearl Elizabeth Joynt. 1898 – 1984.
He married Zelda Phillips ( 1923 – 2015 ) and had two children.
Douglas spent many years as a firefighter in Ottawa,Carleton, Ontario Canada.
Douglas passed away in 2016 in Carleton Ontario Canada. and his is laid to rest at Capital Memorial Gardens.Ottawa, Ottawa Municipality, Ontario, Canada.
